• We are a client centred practice and all our staff are highly experienced in working to understand our client's needs before proceeding with the design process.
• We believe that good quality design should be a minimum expectation and that architecture should be inspiring and uplifting to those that come in contact with it.
• We are committed to sustainable design and take care to ensure that the building is designed and specified to minimise energy requirements. We will advise our clients on the most appropriate technology for their individual needs, as not all technology is suitable for every building or user.
• We thrive on challenges and resolving difficult design problems. Often the most interesting designs are a result of seeking solutions to seemingly impossible problems.
• We provide a design service tailored to our clients needs and pocket. From a simple design and drawing provision for planning and building regulations purposes through to a full service including detailed design drawings specification and contract administration during the construction period.
• Each project is unique and therefore warrants an individual approach. We utilise many different methods and are just as comfortable producing preliminary design proposals using pencil sketches or preparing constructional information using the latest CAD technology. By using Autodesk's 'REVIT' fully parametric building information modeling software, we are able to provide sophisticated 3D rendered drawings and walk through presentations. It also contains utilities for preparation of schedules, quantities and many other useful management tools.
