SERVICES OPTIONS

Our flexible, client centred approach means that we can tailor our service to suit the individual needs of our clients. Prior to providing a fee quotation, we always have a short pre consultation meeting in which we offer preliminary advice and try and gain a clear understanding of our client’s needs before submitting a fee quotation. This meeting is normally free of charge. The following is an outline of the types of services we provide, if you need any further information we will be pleased to supply it.

• For domestic projects or simple commercial projects that clients wish to procure themselves we can provide a simple service of design up to planning application stage followed by detailed design up to building regulations. This package is normally sufficient for a reasonable contractor to price and build a simple project. However, if required this package can be supplemented by an enhanced pack that will include additional specifications, details and services layouts. This can give greater surety that construction tenders are on a like for like basis and that all items have been priced for.
• For most commercial projects, larger residential projects or for clients that need to ensure that a project will be thoroughly executed throughout all its phases, we can provide a full service including the provision of detailed design drawings, full NBS specifications and schedules, contract administration during the construction process and post contract processes.
• Most of the above services can be supplied on the basis of a lump sum price or as a percentage of the estimated or construction cost. Alternatively, services that do not fit into those categories or those of indeterminate extent can be carried out at our highly competitive time charged rate.
• Fee quotations are always broken down into their main component stages, and this ensures that if a project is paused or stopped at any stage it is clear how much of the fee has been expended
